NAPA Survey Results. Earlier this month, the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) released the results of its annual survey on the industry’s use of recycled materials and warm-mix asphalt (WMA). Among other highlights, this year’s survey found that asphalt mixture production continues to rise and that the amount of greenhouse gas emissions saved from using WMA is the same as taking 40,000 passenger vehicles off the road for an entire year.
