WAPA’s Asphalt Parking Lot Design Guide has been updated for 2021 to change the 20-Year Design ESALs from 2 million to 1 million (found in Tables 3.1 and 3.2).
This publication focuses on all phases of asphalt parking lot design, including planning, construction and maintenance. It also includes a comprehensive 61-point Inspection Checklist to help an on-site inspector identify key processes and follow best practices to produce a quality parking lot.
