The WAPA Asphalt Awards recognize technological advancements and innovations in asphalt pavements for three recipient categories:
- State – WisDOT Region or Office
- Local – City, County, Town, or Village
- Business – Commercial Business or Association
WAPA is pleased to announce that we have opened nominations for the 2024 Asphalt Award. Anyone can make a nomination, and organizations may self-nominate.
Please use the brief Online Nomination Form to nominate a public agency or private company for an innovative project or practice that is helping to advance the quality and performance of asphalt pavements in the state of Wisconsin.
Nominations for this award – and the 2024 WAPA Scholarships – are due by Friday, November 8.
Winners will be recognized during WAPA’s 65th Annual Conference and Business Meeting, which will take place December 3-4 at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.
